TYPE E-XTRA TAPERED ROLLER BEARINGS
Proven double row tapered rollers in housings that match Type E mounting dimensions. Pillow blocks, flanges, & piloted flanges are available.
Superior Sealing
 Type E features proven sealing systems, the “R” combination rubbing & labyrinth seal system. Optional E-Tect seal kits are available for added protection.

The Imperial-E offers the Dodge exclusive Imperial adapter mounting system. Benefits versus set screw products include 360 degree concentric shaft locking for less vibration at higher speeds, use of less expensive commercial shafting, less shaft damage, and easy removal. The Imperial-E’s double row spherical bearing inserts offer misalignment & expansion capability when required by the application.
 

TYPE K TAPERED ROLLER BEARING
Durable twin row tapered roller bearing with spring locking collar and variety of mounting styles.
Reduced length through bore allows installation in tight spots. Split cast iron housing with replacement bearing insert units available. Self-aligning.

 

TYPE C TAPERED ROLLER BEARING
Rugged tapered roller bearing available in a variety of housing styles.
Clamp sleeve mounting for improved concentricity. Steel multiple labyrinth seals combined with collars offer excellent protection against contaminants.

TAPERED ROLLER BEARING SPECIAL DUTY
Duplex tapered roller bearing with tapered adapter sleeve mounting. Available in a variety of housing styles.
Capable of handling any combination of radial and thrust load. Effective dual piston ring seals. Adapter nut allows for easier installation and removal. Replacement bearing insert units available.

SPECIAL SPHERICAL BEARING SNF/SSN
Split cap spherical bearing using 22200K bearing insert. Available in adapter mount/tapered bore in 500 series housing. SNF Plus is cast iron, SSN is available in ductile iron or steel.
Split cap spherical bearings matching industry standard SN mounting dimensions. Cast solid feet for housing strength, double radial lip seal (SSN), ductile iron or steel (SSN), suitable for grease or oil lubrication (SNF Plus), standard felt seal (SNF Plus), housing machined to accommodate the incorporation of monitoring systems.
General purpose spherical roller bearing used in a wide variety of industries and applications.

 

SLEEVE BEARING SOLIDLUBE
Self lubricating, statically self-aligning bearings for extreme industrial applications

  • Imperial (inch) and metric bore sizes.

  • Good in temperature extremes (-200F to +1000F) and inaccessible locations.

  • Dimensionally interchangeable with popular housed ball bearings.

  • Will function effectively in a vacuum.

  • Ideal where bearings are subject to dry cycles or where lube systems would be too costly.

  • Usable in many corrosive (chemical) medias.

  • Will operate in submersible applications of some low viscosity liquids.

  • Recommended for slow speeds and limited shaft movement applications.
