The new V-Belt Roll Driving System has
given the rubber rolls a highly compliant response to paddy flows in order
to produce the best quality brown rice least broken and least damaged.
Ample air for cooling the rubber rolls is supplied from the fan integrated
in the machine, in order to keep the temperature of the rubber rolls low
during operation.
The Electrode Shutter instantly and automatically controls the opening and
closing of rubber rolls in response to the flowing and non-flowing of paddy
through the gate, and providing non-clogged operation by utilizing the
shutter manually whether in normal operation or in the case of emergency.

The Lead Roller is provided at the paddy inlet to ensure constant paddy flow through the rubber rolls, essential for maintaining a uniform and high percentage of hulling. For driving the Lead Roller, V-Type Continuous Link is used, which ensures longer life and easier tensioning.
